MotoCast Group is structured as four companies — three in India, one in the UAE — each with a distinct, defined role in getting a verified part from sourcing floor to warehouse door.
Group Structure
How the four companies connect.
Sourcing and manufacturing run through our Indian entities; the UAE entity exists purely to get parts to Middle East distributors faster.
Power Alloys Limited
The manufacturing base of the group — producing alloy and metal components used across our two, three and four-wheeler parts range. Power Alloys is where raw material specification and casting quality are set before anything moves downstream.
Alloys Private Limited
A specialist sourcing and quality-verification arm, focused on alloy wheels and precision parts. This is where parts are checked against OEM benchmarks before they're cleared for export — the group's dedicated quality gate.
Automotive Private Limited
The group's lead exporter, specialising in spare parts for two-wheelers from major brands including Bajaj, Honda, TVS and Hero. This is the entity most distributors deal with directly for India-origin shipments.
Automotive FZE LLC — UAE
Based in Ajman, this is the group's forward base for the Middle East — shortening lead times for distributors across the GCC and putting a local point of contact closer to regional buyers.

Separation of Concerns
Manufacturing, sourcing and export are handled by different entities, so quality checks at each stage are independent of the stage before it.
Local Presence Where It Matters
A dedicated UAE entity means Middle East distributors have a regional point of contact instead of dealing solely cross-border with India.
One Group Standard
Despite the structure, every entity is held to the same sourcing and verification standard — that consistency is the whole point of the group.
